fisher-paykelProject: Fisher and Paykel Distribution Centre – Lidcombe, NSW 

End of lease make good, 10,000 sq/m project completed within the 4 week program, Works involved taking the warehouse and office space back to base building for the landlord on behalf of the tenant. 

kmartProject: Kmart Distribution Centre – Eastern Creek, NSW

Design and construct a fully functional amenities block external to the main warehouse for staff and drivers. Works were carried out over an 8 week program to minimise disruption to the NSW distribution centre. 

veoliaProject: Veolia Wellness Centre – Rosehill Regional Office, NSW 

Internal and external refurbishment of a single storey redundant call centre and conversion to a fully functional gym. Project included new floors, full lining of all walls, fitting of new amenities block, air conditioning, furniture and joinery, rewiring electrical and data / phones, lighting, carpets, glazing, painting, security and signage. 

grundfosProject: Grundfos Pumps – Newington, NSW 

Design and construct a new training and conference room within the warehouse. An emphasis on a modern look with a fully integrated audio visual system to be built into the conference room, combined with new furniture and lighting, created a special result. 

electroluxProject: Electrolux Distribution Centre – Moorebank NSW 

Design and construct a new corporate display kitchen, laundry and entertaining area for Electrolux Moorebank facilities centre. 

premiumProject: Premium Beverages Head Office – Silverwater, NSW 

Internal and external refurbishment of a warehouse distribution centre. Plasterboard and glazing to new offices, air conditioning, furniture and joinery, rewiring electrical and data / phones, lighting, carpets, painting, security and signage. Designs were developed in association with Coopers Brewery. 

ingProject: ING Office Fund – North Sydney, NSW 

Design and construct new offices, breakout areas and amenities. Works were carried out over the Christmas period to minimise disruption.
